Diesel Mechanic Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Diesel Mechanic Specialist to join our team at Old River Companies, Inc. in Saint Rose, LA.
Job SummaryThe ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in diesel engine repair and maintenance. Strong knowledge of diesel engines and systems is essential for success in this role.
Responsibilities- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on diesel engines and vehicles
- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical issues
- Conduct inspections and preventative maintenance on diesel equipment
- Repair or replace faulty parts and components
- Test and adjust engine systems and components
- Keep accurate records of all work performed
- High school diploma or equivalent- Trade school a plus and considered for experience
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Competitive pay up to $45.00 per hour based on experience
