About the Role: We are looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused individual to serve as an Assistant Community Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and participating in marketing activities, demonstrating community knowledge, and providing exceptional customer service to current and future residents.

Responsibilities:

  • ">
  • Plans and participates in marketing activities to attract prospective residents;">
  • Demonstrates community and apartment/community knowledge and communicates the features and benefits of the community with potential residents;">
  • Greets prospective residents, shows vacant/model apartments and takes applications; Assists in the timely processing of applications;">
  • Assists the Community Manager with ongoing administrative functions of the community including processing rent payments;">
  • Provides excellent customer service to current and future residents.">

Requirements:

The ideal candidate will possess an extreme attention to detail, ability to multi-task, and deal with a fast-paced environment. Proficient with Microsoft Office, Excel, and Outlook, as well as experience with property management software, is essential.

Estimated Salary: $50,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience.

">
