What We Offer

Carta's compensation package includes a market-competitive salary, equity for all full-time roles, exceptional benefits, and commissions plans. Our expected cash compensation range for this role is $96,000.00 in Seattle, Washington, and $102,000.00 in New York City, New York, San Francisco, California, and Santa Clara, California.
