Job Title: Store Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Store Manager to join our team at GNC. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day retail operations of our store, including managing sales, inventory, and customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage store operations, including sales, inventory, and customer service
  • Lead and develop a team of sales associates to achieve sales goals and provide excellent customer service
  • Implement visual merchandising and store displays to drive sales and enhance customer experience
  • Monitor and control store expenses, including labor, inventory, and supplies
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive sales growth and meet sales targets
  • Collaborate with district manager to achieve business objectives and implement company initiatives
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of retail sales and store management experience in a specialty retail environment
  • High school diploma or equivalent required, bachelor's degree preferred
  • Strong communication and team building skills
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
  • Self-motivated and results-driven with a strong focus on customer service
