Job Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced Plant Manager to lead our Tampa, FL manufacturing plant, responsible for managing and coordinating the daily activities of the Manufacturing/Operations, Quality Control, Shipping & Receiving, and Maintenance teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement manufacturing strategies to meet production demands and quality standards.
  • Lead and manage a high-performance manufacturing team, focusing on continuous improvement and employee engagement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and maintain a safe working environment.
  • Develop and implement capital projects to integrate different product lines into the facility.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in manufacturing, engineering, or related field; MBA or Graduate degree highly desired.
  • 10-15 years of experience in the specialty chemical, paint, or asphalt industry.
  • 10+ years of management and senior leadership experience in directing a high-performance manufacturing team.
  • Lean & Six Sigma certifications strongly preferred.
  • Bi-lingual required (Spanish).
  • Demonstrated leadership and team-building skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
