Job SummaryWe are actively looking to hire talented Psychiatric Nurse Practitioners with at least one year of experience who are passionate about patient care and committed to clinical excellence. As a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner at LifeStance Health, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse patient population and contribute to our mission of providing high-quality mental healthcare services.
Responsibilities- Provide high-quality patient care and treatment services in an outpatient setting.
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Prescribe and manage medications as needed.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
- Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices and evidence-based treatments.
We offer a competitive compensation package, including a salary range of $201,000 - $259,000 annually, plus a sign-on bonus. We also offer a full benefits package, including health, dental, vision, life, 401k (with match), paid parental leave, holidays, EAP, and more. RequirementsTo be considered for this role, you must be fully licensed in Minnesota, BE/BC, and unencumbered DEA. You should have a minimum of 1 year of experience as a PMHNP and be experienced in both medication management and therapy.
