We are seeking a skilled Awake Overnight Residential Counselor to provide direct support to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in a small group residential setting or an individual residential setting.
Key Responsibilities- Provide 24/7 support to residents with intellectual and developmental disabilities
- Assist with daily living activities, such as personal care and medication management
- Encourage socialization and participation in recreational activities
- Collaborate with the treatment team to develop and implement individualized plans
- Monitor and report any changes in resident behavior or condition
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Experience working with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities preferred
- Ability to work a varied schedule, including evenings and weekends
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Competitive hourly rate of $19.75
