Born & Bicknell, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Child and Adolescent Psychiatrist to join our team.

About the Role:

  • We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate physician to provide exceptional care to children and adolescents with mental health needs.
  • The ideal candidate will have a strong background in pediatric psychiatry and be able to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.

Responsibilities:

  • Diagnose and treat mental health conditions in children and adolescents, including anxiety, depression, and attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD).
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, including medication management and psychotherapy.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, such as psychologists, social workers, and primary care physicians, to provide comprehensive care.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest research and best practices in pediatric psychiatry, and incorporate this knowledge into clinical practice.

Requirements:

  • Board certification in psychiatry and a strong background in pediatric psychiatry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
  • Strong clinical skills, with the ability to diagnose and treat complex mental health conditions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities.
