Job Summary:

As a Motorcycle Safety Instructor, you will be responsible for teaching classes and performing various tasks to ensure the success of the program.

Responsibilities:

  • Teach classes and provide instruction to students
  • Prepare and maintain classrooms and ranges
  • Complete end-of-course paperwork and reports
  • Conduct incident reports and maintain accurate records
  • Perform limited motorcycle maintenance to ensure safe completion of classes
  • Travel to support contract objectives and educational opportunities
  • Submit expense reports for approved travel and reimbursable items
  • Communicate with Site Manager regarding issues that may impact class completion or availability
  • Ensure all certifications required for employment are current and up-to-date

Requirements:

  • Current Motorcycle Safety Foundation (MSF) BasicRider Course (BRC) certification
  • Additional certifications such as MSF Advance RiderCourse (ARC) and MAF Basic RidersCourse 2 (BRC2) are a plus
  • First aid and CPR certification
