Position Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and board-certified/board-eligible Pediatrician to join our esteemed healthcare team. This role offers the unique opportunity to work primarily in an outpatient setting while also taking on the responsibilities of Pediatric Director.
Employment Details: This is a hospital-employed position that provides a competitive salary ranging from $250,000 to $300,000, which is negotiable based on experience. In addition to the salary, we offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes a sign-on bonus, performance incentives, and malpractice coverage.
Work Schedule: The position requires a commitment of five days a week, with flexible hours from 8 AM to 4 PM. The call schedule is manageable, with a rotation of 1 in 3.
Practice Environment: The hospital delivers approximately 350 babies annually, and the majority of your practice will involve outpatient care. Please note that attendance at C-sections is not required.
