Speech-Language Pathologist

Soliant is seeking a skilled School-Based Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team. As a key member of our educational team, you will play a vital role in enhancing the communication skills of our students and supporting their academic success.
Responsibilities- Develop and implement individualized speech therapy plans to meet the unique needs of students with speech and language challenges.
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and other professionals to create an inclusive and supportive learning environment.
- Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify students' communication needs and develop strategies to address them.
- Provide training and support to teachers and staff on communication strategies and techniques.
- Master's or Bachelor's degree in Speech Language Pathology.
- State licensure and certification as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
- Experience working in a school setting, preferably with students with speech and language challenges.
