Fleet Trainer Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Fleet Trainer / Technician to join our team at Precise Systems. As a solutions-based company, we are committed to delivering the highest quality of service to our customers.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in technical training and experience in developing, updating, and reviewing training documents. They will also be able to perform duties such as alternate ISEA instruction, scheduling and coordinating training, and assisting with reviewing and providing updates for Technical Manuals.

Preferred qualifications include seven years of related professional experience, experience as a military instructor, curriculum development experience, and hands-on technical experience. A Bachelor's Degree in a Business or Technical Field is also preferred.

The successful candidate will be able to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance and be willing to travel. They will also possess good communication skills and enough technical background to learn and teach the system.
