Requirements
  • Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the State of Ohio.
  • 1 year of experience in home health or community health, with a focus on patient-centered care.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
