- Cash Handling: Operate a cash register and maintain accurate cash handling procedures.
- Food Preparation: Ensure the correct tools and procedures are used to prepare, build, and present perfect food.
- Cleanliness and Organization: Maintain a clean, neat, and well-stocked area to ensure a smooth service experience.
- Education: A high school diploma or University degree is preferred.
- Customer Service: Strong customer service skills are essential for success in this role.
- Communication: Strong communication and writing skills are required for effective team management.
- Analytical Skills: Ability to calculate and analyze data to inform business decisions.
- Physical Demands: Good physical stamina to stand for 8 hours, lift 35-50 pounds, and perform tasks that require pushing, pulling, stretching, and continuous bilateral use of fingers and wrists.
