Job Summary
We are seeking highly skilled Psychiatric Nurse Practitioners to join our multidisciplinary team at our award-winning health care facility. As a key member of our behavioral health department, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, conducting initial evaluations, and follow-up appointments, as well as collaborating with other clinicians to develop comprehensive treatment plans.

Key Responsibilities:
* Conduct thorough patient evaluations and assessments
* Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
* Collaborate with hospitalists and inpatient psychiatrists to provide seamless care
* Provide weekend rounding on the behavioral health unit
* Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to discuss patient progress and plan for future care

Requirements and Qualifications
* Master's degree in Nursing or related field
* Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of Montana
* Advanced practice certification as a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC)
* Strong clinical skills and experience working with patients across the lifespan
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
