Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Pharmacy Home Infusion Therapy Manager to join our team at Dayton Children's Hospital. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and monitoring functional processes for the home care pharmacy, as well as assuming complete responsibility for its management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage, supervise, and practice in the daily operational activities of the pharmacy.
  • Establish pertinent policies and procedures following state and national regulatory agency guidelines.
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations pertaining to the practice of pharmacy.
  • Plan for and administer the operational and capital budgets.
  • Develop and coordinate the pharmacy's performance improvement program.
  • Prepare employee performance evaluations.
  • Participate in various management and pharmacy practice activities of the medical center pharmacy and home care departments.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Registered pharmacist license in Ohio.
Working Conditions

Hours: Day shift.
