Triage Staffing is seeking a skilled Cath Lab Technologist for a travel assignment in a dynamic healthcare setting. As a Cath Lab Technologist, you will be responsible for assisting in the diagnosis and treatment of patients undergoing cardiovascular procedures.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the preparation and maintenance of the cath lab, ensuring a safe and efficient environment for patients and staff.
- Operate and maintain various medical equipment, including fluoroscopy and ultrasound machines.
- Assist the radiologist and other medical staff during procedures, providing support and maintaining patient safety.
- Monitor and record patient vital signs and medical history, as well as document procedure details and outcomes.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless patient care and efficient workflow.
Requirements:
- Current certification as a Cath Lab Technologist or equivalent experience.
- Strong knowledge of cardiovascular procedures and medical equipment.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
