Job Overview

We are seeking highly motivated individuals to join our team as Dumpling Trainers. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for preparing, folding, and steaming dumplings for our discerning guests. Operating in a show kitchen environment, you will maintain a tidy and professional appearance at all times.

Compensation Package

Job Responsibilities and Tasks
  • Preparation: Measure, cut, and prepare dough for dumpling production.
  • Dumpling Assembly: Stuff, close, and arrange dumplings in a steamer.
  • Quality Control: Maintain high-quality standards by adhering to established procedures and guidelines.
  • Housekeeping: Ensure cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including walk-in coolers and freezers.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Friendly and Energetic Personality: A positive attitude and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment.
  • No Prior Experience Required: We provide comprehensive training for all new hires.
