Compensation & Benefits
This part-time, hourly position offers a competitive wage based on experience, paid on a semi-monthly basis. You will have the opportunity for flexible scheduling, with a range of paid training hours required based on level of experience. Additionally, you will receive ongoing training and support as you work towards providing the highest level of care to our clients.
Job Description
As an In-Home Caregiver, you will provide essential care and support to individuals in need in the MT. Carmel area. Your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting clients with personal hygiene and bathing, meal preparation, light housekeeping, and transportation
- Maintaining accurate and timely documentation of care
- Observing and reporting any changes in client's behavior or condition to the appropriate supervisor
- Utilizing electronic timekeeping software to accurately clock in/out of shifts and submit necessary documentation
- Communicating effectively with clients, their families, and other healthcare professionals
- Adhering to all safety and infection control protocols
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you must possess:
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in caregiving is preferred but not required
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Clear background check and drug screen
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Compassionate, patient, and empathetic attitude
- Ability to work independently
- Basic knowledge of personal care, hygiene, and nutrition
