Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Pharmacist to enhance our mission of simplifying the process for customers to discover, select, and utilize the healthcare services and products essential for their well-being.

Work Schedule: Wednesday to Saturday, starting at 7:30 AM

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure the quality assurance of all medication dispensed, both in packets and bulk.
  • Collaborate with fellow pharmacists to guarantee thorough quality checks on all produced medication sets before the end of each shift.
  • Oversee the quality assurance processes for new business lines in collaboration with other pharmacists.
  • Perform essential housekeeping tasks within the pharmacy, including managing returns, processing medication rejects, and approving canisters.
  • Provide clinical guidance and respond to inquiries regarding medications.
  • Investigate any errors and facilitate appropriate resolutions and reporting.
  • Compile and communicate relevant pharmacy information to the distribution team.
  • Ensure adherence to all company policies and federal/state regulations.
  • Work closely with pharmacy team members to uphold customer satisfaction.

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor of Science or PharmD Degree.
  • Active and unrestricted Pharmacist License in the state of employment, with the possibility of additional licenses as needed.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of pharmacy laws and regulations related to patient care.
  • Willingness to relocate if necessary.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Exceptional interpersonal communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in basic computer operations.
  • Ability to perform warehouse tasks, including lifting up to 20 lbs.
