Job Summary

TURBOCAM is seeking a skilled Machine Maintenance Technician II to join our team. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for the preventative maintenance, calibration, diagnosis, and repair of our CNC Lathes and Milling machines.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform PMs and calibrations on TURBOCAM machinery
  • Maintain, diagnose, and repair TURBOCAM machinery
  • Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical problems to the failing component
  • Understand complex controls
  • Act as a member on the on-call team
  • Perform other duties as necessary

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent
  • Two-year technical degree in electronics, machining, or related subjects
  • Ability to evaluate and repair machinery
  • Electrical and mechanical knowledge with proven troubleshooting capabilities
  • Basic understanding of MS Office: Outlook, Word, Excel, and Epicor maintenance software
  • Valid driver's license from his/her state of residence, forklift certifiable, able to obtain DOT health card
  • Ability to pass medical evaluation for respirator use and abide by requirements for wearing respiratory protection
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds in a safe manner and request assistance when warranted
  • Ability to climb in and out of small places; crawl around machinery
  • Range of motion sufficient to permit climbing stairs and ladders, walking, standing, stooping, and crouching for extended periods while performing duties
