Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service and maintain a professional demeanor at all times.
  • Observe and report on activity at assigned locations, utilizing your keen observational skills to identify potential security threats.
  • Respond promptly and effectively in critical situations, utilizing your training and experience to de-escalate conflicts and ensure a safe environment.
  • Prepare and submit detailed reports on incidents and activities, utilizing your strong writing and communication skills.
  • Enforce customer procedures, regulations, and standards, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • High school education or equivalent (GED) required.
  • Ability to pass an extensive screening process, including background checks and drug testing.
  • Previous experience in security, military, or law enforcement is highly desirable.
  • CT Guard Card and Armed Guard License required.
