We are seeking a skilled Radiation Therapist to join our dynamic team at Carlsbad Medical Center. As a Radiation Therapist PRN, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and working collaboratively with our team to achieve treatment goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administer radiation therapy as prescribed, ensuring precise and effective care.
  • Record keeping: Maintain detailed and accurate records of therapy sessions, including treatment areas, dosages, equipment settings, and patient responses.
  • Collaborate and innovate: Work under general supervision, applying your expertise and creativity to plan and achieve treatment goals.
Requirements:
  • Certified and licensed: Graduation from an accredited radiation therapy program and American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (A.R.R.T) registry or eligibility. Must also be licensed by the State Department of Health Services.
  • Experienced professional: Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures in radiation therapy.
