The Role

We're seeking an experienced Associate Software Engineering Manager to join our Delivery Team. As a key member of our team, you'll play a critical role in turning our customers' visions into software reality. Your responsibilities will include:

  • End-to-end execution of customer-facing mobile and web applications
  • Release planning, functional and technical design & specification, testing, and capacity management
  • Working with key strategic partners and remote teams to deliver high-quality results
  • Identifying and mitigating risks, and escalating issues as needed
  • Developing project/product plans, managing individual deadlines, and goals
  • Grasping complex issues quickly and factoring in technical dependencies and system limitations

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Previous experience in software delivery as a hands-on developer or technical project manager
  • Strong technical proficiency in mobile and web application development, systems integration, quality assurance, and product release and support requirements
  • Ability to develop project/product plans, manage individual deadlines, and goals
  • Ability to grasp complex issues quickly and factoring in technical dependencies and system limitations
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
