Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Fitness Sales Consultant to join our team at Workout Anytime - Pugh. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for generating new club memberships through contacting leads, referrals, and engaging club tours.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with potential members and provide exceptional customer service. You will also be responsible for training and coaching our personal trainers to ensure they are equipped to meet and exceed their monthly expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate new club memberships through contacting leads, referrals, and engaging club tours
  • Train and coach personal trainers to meet and exceed their monthly expectations
  • Provide exceptional customer service to potential members
  • Meet challenging monthly quotas and demonstrate production excellence
  • Work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks and demands

Requirements:
