We are currently looking for a PRN Clinical Dietitian.
  • Collaborating with the healthcare team to identify patients at risk for nutritional deficiencies or excesses, assessing their nutritional needs, and establishing nutrient requirements.
  • Designing and supervising the execution of nutrition care plans for patients facing complex nutritional challenges.
  • Assessing the effectiveness of nutritional interventions and providing education related to medical nutrition therapy.
  • Advising patients and their families on suitable food choices, dietary habits, and lifestyle modifications to achieve optimal health outcomes.
  • Facilitating continuity of care through effective discharge planning and coordination of care.
  • Engaging in communication with other healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive nutrition care across the continuum.
  • Coordinating nutrition care initiatives within assigned units or clinics.
This role is PRN, available on an as-needed basis.

Qualifications

Experience Required:
Less than 1 year

Licensure:
Licensed Dietitian - Various, Registered Dietitian - Commission of Dietetic Registration (CDR)

Education:
Bachelor's Degree
