Dal-Tile is a leading manufacturer and marketer of ceramic, porcelain, glass, and metal tile as well as natural stone, large format slab, and countertop products used in residential and commercial spaces across North America. As a Marketing Operations Specialist at Dal-Tile, you will be responsible for facilitating and supporting General Marketing functions and projects by utilizing a strong knowledge of industry practices and standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Developing Marketing Materials: Create marketing materials for various platforms, including social media, email campaigns, and print ads.
  • Executing Customer Requests: Ensure timely delivery of customer requests and expectations.
  • Collaborating with Managers: Work closely with managers to develop and execute projects that drive business growth and expansion.
  • Analyzing Market Data: Analyze market data to identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and measure the effectiveness of marketing initiatives.
  • Maintaining Marketing Accuracy: Monitor and ensure the accuracy of all marketing materials, including product descriptions, images, and pricing information.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree: A Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as Marketing or Communications, is preferred.
  • Experience and Education: 2-4 years of job-related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
  • Digital Technologies: Good understanding of current and trending digital technologies, including Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Microsoft Office Suite: Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite products, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
