**Responsibilities:**

  • Maintain cleanliness across all areas including rooms, hallways, lounges, restrooms, and other workspaces.
  • Perform floor maintenance through sweeping and mopping.
  • Conduct weekly cleaning of gutters, rails, and air handling units.
  • Manage spills and water accumulation resulting from operational processes.
  • Dust and polish furniture, fixtures, and equipment; remove cobwebs; clean desks and countertops.
  • Empty, clean, and sanitize waste receptacles.
  • Thoroughly clean and sanitize restroom facilities, including replenishing supplies.
  • Maintain cleanliness in lunch areas, including washing tables and cleaning appliances.
  • Report any maintenance issues observed within the facility.
  • Ensure the exterior of the building and surrounding grounds are free of debris.
  • Assist in managing custodial supplies and equipment, including organizing and submitting purchase requests as necessary.
  • Adhere to all safety protocols and operational procedures.
  • Exhibit a willingness to perform any necessary tasks to maintain operational efficiency.

**Physical Requirements:**

This role is physically demanding. Candidates must be able to lift and carry up to 75 pounds (125 pounds with assistance), and may be required to stand or walk for extended periods, as well as bend and crouch frequently. Exposure to moderate to loud noise levels is expected in a warehouse environment with artificial lighting.

**Candidate Profile:**

**General Requirements:**

To qualify for this position, candidates must be at least 21 years of age and able to pass a comprehensive background check and drug screening as mandated by state regulations.

**Education and Experience:**

A minimum of two years of relevant experience in a manufacturing or production setting is preferred.
