We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at SKLD Muskegon. As a key member of our care team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care and support to our residents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality nursing care to residents, including assessing their needs, developing care plans, and implementing interventions.
  • Collaborate with the nursing leadership team to ensure the smooth operation of the facility and the delivery of quality care.
  • Document resident observations and care plans accurately and thoroughly.
  • Ensure compliance with facility policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  • Supervise and mentor Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) and State Tested Nursing Assistants (STNAs) to ensure they are providing high-quality care.
Requirements
  • Current state license as a Registered Nurse.
  • CPR certification.
  • One year of professional nursing experience in long-term care, preferred.
  • Knowledge of applicable state nursing regulations.
