Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Assembly Technician to join our team at Qualigence International.

The estimated salary for this role is $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience.

As an Assembly Technician, you will be responsible for assembling components by mechanically fastening parts and subassemblies. You will also verify specifications by measuring completed conveyor sections and keep equipment operational by completing preventive maintenance requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assembles components by examining connections for correct fit, fastening parts and subassemblies.
  • Verifies specifications by measuring completed component.
  • Resolves assembly problems by altering dimensions to meet specifications, notifying supervisor to obtain additional resources.
  • Maintains equipment operational by completing preventive maintenance requirements, following manufacturer's instructions, troubleshooting malfunctions, and calling for repairs.
