We are seeking a patient-focused Physical Therapist to join our team. As a Physical Therapist at Team Rehabilitation, you will be responsible for evaluating, diagnosing, and treating patients with a variety of conditions, including orthopedic injuries and chronic pain. You will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement treatment plans that meet the unique needs of each patient.

Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate new patients and develop plans of care to address their specific needs and goals.
  • Treat patients using a variety of techniques, including manual therapy, exercise, and modalities.
  • Monitor and re-evaluate patient progress, revising plans of care as needed to ensure optimal outcomes.
  • Address pain management as a crucial component of care, utilizing techniques to reduce pain and improve function.
  • Teach patients proper mechanics, ergonomics, and strategies to reduce future incidents and promote long-term health.
  • Write timely and accurate documentation, including evaluations, re-evaluations, discharges, and daily progress notes.
  • Achieve a reasonable level of productivity, consistent with the needs of our patients and the demands of the position.
  • Participate in research studies and help develop protocols for common diagnoses.
  • Contribute to the development of policies, procedures, and strategies to ensure high-quality care across all Team Rehabilitation clinics.
  • Handle patient feedback and complaints promptly and professionally.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest research and techniques, attending company-sponsored CEUs and using continuing education allowances to attend seminars, workshops, and professional development opportunities.


Qualifications
  • Doctorate or Master's degree in Physical Therapy.
  • Valid Physical Therapy License.
  • Commitment to Team Rehabilitation's initiative of making diversity, equity, and inclusion a priority.

$90,000 per year.
