The ideal candidate will lead the technical design of High-rise and Mid-rise Multifamily projects from schematic design through construction, maintaining the highest standards of excellence. Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing technical design strategies to ensure project success.
  • Overseeing the creation of drawing documentation, specifications, and consultant coordination.
  • Providing construction administration, including shop drawings, submittals, and contractor coordination.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Architecture or equivalent in education or experience.
  • 5-10 years of experience in architectural practice as a project architect with recent Multifamily or Tower project experience.
  • Architectural registration highly desired, with current license and NCARB registration desired.
  • LEED Green Associate Accreditation desired.
  • Proficiency in Revit.
  • Excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team atmosphere and meet deadlines.
  • Experience in putting document packages together, consultant coordination, and directing team members.
  • High-rise and midrise experience preferred, with a focus on concrete and wood framed projects.
