Responsibilities
As an Ambulatory Nurse, your key responsibilities will include:
- Collaborating with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Providing education and support to patients and their families to promote health and well-being.
- Leading and contributing to a team environment that fosters open communication, respect, and empathy.
- Participating in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A current RN licensure in the appropriate state.
- One year of relevant experience in ambulatory care, preferably with a focus on leadership or education.
- ACLS, PALS, BAT, and DOT certifications, or willingness to obtain within a specified timeframe.
