- Regularly visit job sites to monitor and guarantee the safety of team members, subcontractors, and the public.
- Document site visits meticulously and ensure that any identified issues are addressed promptly.
- Provide expert guidance on necessary corrective actions for unsafe conditions.
- Perform quality inspections to verify that materials comply with project specifications and are installed according to client and manufacturer directives.
- Deliver on-site training to address and mitigate unsafe conditions.
- Assist in the creation and execution of tailored safety and quality programs specific to each site.
- Identify training needs and prioritize training initiatives based on observed deficiencies.
- Lead investigations into incidents, near misses, and safety concerns raised by clients, compiling detailed reports.
- Contribute to the continuous enhancement of health and safety protocols.
- Engage in safety discussions both internally and with clients to foster a culture of safety.
- Adhere to all health, safety, and quality regulations while performing job duties.
- Carry out additional responsibilities as required.
- Demonstrated punctuality and a strong attendance record.
