Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough inspections to identify and rectify unsafe conditions, ensuring the safety of all personnel involved.
  • Regularly visit job sites to monitor and guarantee the safety of team members, subcontractors, and the public.
  • Document site visits meticulously and ensure that any identified issues are addressed promptly.
  • Provide expert guidance on necessary corrective actions for unsafe conditions.
  • Perform quality inspections to verify that materials comply with project specifications and are installed according to client and manufacturer directives.
  • Deliver on-site training to address and mitigate unsafe conditions.
  • Assist in the creation and execution of tailored safety and quality programs specific to each site.
  • Identify training needs and prioritize training initiatives based on observed deficiencies.
  • Lead investigations into incidents, near misses, and safety concerns raised by clients, compiling detailed reports.
  • Contribute to the continuous enhancement of health and safety protocols.
  • Engage in safety discussions both internally and with clients to foster a culture of safety.
  • Adhere to all health, safety, and quality regulations while performing job duties.
  • Carry out additional responsibilities as required.
