Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee and manage the Production and Warehouse department to ensure safe and efficient operations
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to increase efficiency and quality
  • Manage staffing levels to meet fluctuating customer demands
  • Work with Human Resources to interview and hire staff
  • Schedule production and warehouse personnel
  • Conduct performance reviews and provide coaching and counseling as needed
  • Develop and implement training programs to improve employee skills and knowledge
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction
Requirements
  • 5 years of prior management experience in a manufacturing and warehouse environment
  • Prior experience with 5S and Lean manufacturing programs is highly desirable
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Organized and detail-oriented with strong planning and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and ERP systems
