The WingHouse Bar & Grill is a dynamic and entertainment-focused establishment with 24 locations in the state of Florida. We are seeking a charismatic individual to join our team as a WingHouse Girl.

This role offers an exciting opportunity for talented individuals to showcase their personality, skills, and flair. As a WingHouse Girl, you will be the face of our brand, delivering exceptional customer service and creating a memorable experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a welcoming atmosphere for guests
• Promote our brand and products through engaging interactions and promotions
• Maintain a high level of professionalism and integrity at all times
• Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales targets and exceed guest expectations
• Participate in special events and activities, such as the Annual Bikini Contest and calendar appearances

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
• Previous experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in the food and beverage industry
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
• Familiarity with social media platforms and ability to create engaging content
