We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Teacher Assistant at Guidepost Montessori. As a key member of our educational community, you will play a vital role in supporting the Lead Teacher in guiding children to become more independent and confident in their abilities.

This is an excellent opportunity to start your career in Montessori and early childhood education, with many of our Assistant Guides progressing to Teacher roles over time. Our MACTE-accredited Montessori training program provides a comprehensive foundation for your professional growth.

The successful candidate will possess strong interpersonal skills, a customer-service oriented mindset, and a willingness to learn and grow. Previous experience in customer service, babysitting, nanny, and daycare is highly valued.
