Drive My Way is seeking a skilled CDL A OTR Lease Purchase Driver to haul dry-van freight throughout the Midwest region. As a lease purchase driver, you will have the opportunity to own your own truck and enjoy the benefits of being your own boss.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Haul dry-van freight from our yard in Oklahoma City or drop yards to our customers throughout the upper Midwest and Southern states
  • Pull 53 foot dry-van trailers, primarily on out and back lanes, with no-touch freight
  • Enjoy weekly home time, with the possibility of weekend home time
  • Take advantage of our Rider and Pet Travel Companion Program, starting on day one

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Average weekly earnings of $1,450 - $1,660 after all expenses have been deducted from settlements
  • $1.10 plus a fuel surcharge for all miles (loaded and unloaded)
  • Paid weekly

Lease Purchase Program Details:

  • No down payment required
  • Weekly truck payments range between $400-$720 a week
  • $1 buyout at the end of the lease
  • No balloon payment
  • Leases are years in length
  • Lease drivers only need to cover their truck payment, fuel expenses, and occupational accident, bobtail, and physical damage insurances
  • The remaining expenses (tolls, tags, fuel tax, Turnpike fees, scales, IFTA, Pre Pass, ELD & Fees, etc.) are covered by the company

Requirements:

  • Verifiable tractor trailer experience
  • 2 years of verifiable experience for those drivers looking to get straight to work
  • Minimum hiring age of 23 years old
  • Excellent driving record
  • CDL Class A certification
  • Hiring radius: drivers should live within the Midwest Region or South Region where Stevens Trucking primarily runs freight
