About the Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Home Health Physical Therapist to join our team in New Orleans. This is an exciting opportunity to work with patients in their homes, providing personalized care and improving their quality of life.

The estimated salary for this position is $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.


Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate patient functional status and physical therapy needs
  • Develop and implement treatment plans to improve patient mobility, endurance, and overall well-being
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive care
  • Instruct patients and families on proper self-care techniques and stress management strategies

Requirements
  • Candidates must have a Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited institution
  • Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state of Louisiana
  • CPR certification
  • Access to a reliable vehicle and valid driver's license
