Position Overview: As a Store Associate, your primary focus will be on driving sales and delivering exceptional customer service.

  • Execute sales and customer service responsibilities
  • Manage cashier operations, stockroom organization, and overall store cleanliness

Core Responsibilities:

  • Participate in sales and customer service activities
  • Oversee cashiering, stockroom management, and store upkeep
  • Achieve personal sales goals established by the organization

Job Requirements:

  • Ability to stand for 5 – 8 hours daily, typically 3 – 5 days a week
  • Willingness to work extended hours (1 – 12 hours) during busy periods
  • Capability to perform tasks such as bending, kneeling, reaching, and lifting products
  • Occasional use of ladders or stairs to access or store items
  • Regularly lift items weighing between 5 – 25 lbs, with occasional heavier loads

Compensation and Benefits:

The starting wage for Store Associates is $14.20 per hour. Employees have access to the company's 401K plan. Full-time roles come with benefits including medical, dental, vision, sick leave, parental leave, and company-paid time off.
