**Job Summary**
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Behavioral Therapist to join our team at ProCare Therapy. As a Behavioral Therapist, you will be responsible for providing expert-level behavioral consultation and support to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing classroom and program behavior consultation to ensure a safe and supportive learning environment.
- Developing and delivering training workshops to enhance the skills of our staff members.
- Conducting functional behavior assessments to identify the underlying causes of challenging behaviors.
- Formulating and implementing behavior plans to promote positive behavior change.
- Monitoring and documenting student progress to ensure the effectiveness of our interventions.
- Providing support and guidance to our Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) staff members.
Requirements:
- Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
- Able to obtain liability insurance.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in behavioral therapy.
- Comfortable working as an independent contractor.
