Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Land Development Project Manager to join our team at Psomas in downtown Los Angeles, CA. As a key member of our Civil Engineering Team, you will be responsible for managing existing projects, including staffing, budgeting, financial planning, scheduling, and cost estimating. You will also play a crucial role in leading business development activities, as well as developing staff to support growth and expansion goals.


Responsibilities:
  • Leading business development efforts and pursuit planning
  • Providing technical oversight and review of existing project activities
  • Design experience focused on grading, utilities, low impact development, drainage, and public improvements
  • Managing staff, budgeting, scheduling, and cost estimating
  • Reviewing client service needs and contracts
  • Acting as client advocate while maintaining client satisfaction

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Professional registration (PE license) as a Civil Engineer in California, and minimum 3+ years' experience as a project manager in civil engineering design with private development, facilities, infrastructure, and public works design projects.


We offer a competitive salary range of $125,000-$180,000 depending on experience.
