Role Summary

We are seeking a skilled Manufacturing Quality Professional to join our team at Summit Polymers, a leading Tier 1 Automotive Supplier of automotive interior systems. This is a technical position responsible for supporting product quality assurance functions, ensuring the delivery of high-quality products to our customers.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Support new product development by performing quality function assignments during the design process, ensuring all aspects of product quality and quality tools are considered and optimized.
  • Develop, maintain, and implement quality plans in compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality concerns and improve processes.
  • Perform root cause analysis and develop corrective actions to address quality issues.
Key Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in an Engineering field or related science discipline.
  • 3-5 years of experience in automotive quality function or equivalent.
  • Strong knowledge of IATF 16949/ISO 9001 Standards and quality core tools (APQP, PPAP, MSA, GD&T, FMEA).
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
What We Offer:

A competitive salary of $90,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits and opportunities for professional growth and development.
