Job Summary

Wood County Hospital is seeking a skilled Registered Polysomnographic Technologist to join our team. As a Sleep Tech, you will be responsible for performing assessments, monitoring, and recording physiologic data to diagnose sleep disorders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Interpret testing levels, lead and disorder identification, and scoring capability.
  • Utilize computer software programs used by the Sleep Lab.
  • Operate and maintain Sleep Lab equipment.
  • Document client information, testing data, and client education according to department policy and procedure.
  • Communicate effectively with physicians, co-workers, supervisors, clients, and client families.

Requirements:

  • Registered Polysomnographic Technologist (RPSGT) certification.
  • BLS through the American Heart Association.
