Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team at Soliant Health. As a Speech-Language Pathologist, you will play a critical role in helping students enhance their communication skills and succeed academically.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement individualized speech therapy plans to meet the unique needs of students
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to ensure comprehensive support for students
  • Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify students' communication strengths and weaknesses
  • Provide direct and indirect services to students, including group and individual therapy sessions
  • Maintain accurate records and reports of student progress
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field
  • Minimum 1+ years of experience in speech therapy, preferably in a school-based setting
  • Active or pending Pennsylvania SLP license
  • Experience with IEPs and school-based therapy is preferred
  • Ability to work collaboratively with students, teachers, and other professionals
