Your Role:

As a Hospice RN, you'll be a cornerstone of our care team, receiving patient assignments from the Hospice Operations Leader.

Your role will be pivotal in delivering exceptional care through:

  • Effective Communication: Engage in clear, compassionate interactions with patients, families, and the care team.
  • Comprehensive Care Management: Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care, coordinating closely with physicians, hospice staff, and other agencies.
  • Regular Updates: Maintain open lines of communication with the Hospice Operations Leader and attending physicians to ensure top-notch care.

  • Precise Documentation: Keep accurate and thorough patient records to support high-quality care.
  • Philosophy Adherence: Demonstrate unwavering commitment to the hospice philosophy through your experience and dedication.
