We are seeking a highly motivated Kitchen Porter to join our team at Montanyana LLC.

• Ensure the effective cleaning and organization of the Back of the House, focusing on food preparation, cooking, and service areas.
• Clean and maintain all kitchen equipment, appliances, and utensils.
• Unload and store deliveries in a timely and organized manner.
• Conduct thorough cleaning of the Front of the House, including bathrooms, prior to service.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dish pit, storage areas, and kitchen floors.
• Take out trash and rinse cans regularly.
• Report any kitchen account discrepancies or violations of food safety codes.

• No previous experience required.
• Current Texas Food Handler's Certification is mandatory.
• Ability to lift at least 50 pounds is essential.
• Flexibility to work during peak times, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

The estimated salary for this position is $30,000 - $35,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
