Job Summary:

Trusted Resource Associates (TRA) is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team as a Local Contract Nurse RN. As a trusted resource for healthcare professionals, TRA offers a unique opportunity for nurses to work on a local contract basis, providing high-quality patient care in a dynamic and supportive environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Assess, plan, and implement direct clinical care to assigned patients on a per shift basis
  • Supervise staff to ensure appropriate care is delegated
  • Support facility CNO to ensure high-quality, safe, and appropriate nursing care, competency of clinical staff, and appropriate resource management related to patient care

Requirements:

  • Graduate of an accredited School of nursing
  • Minimum 2 years of nursing experience with a minimum 1 year current experience in their nursing specialty in an Acute Care hospital setting
  • Current licensure, certification, or registration to practice profession as required by law, regulation in state of practice or policy
  • CPR-Basic Life Support – American Heart Association
