We are seeking an enthusiastic and passionate individual to join our team as a Sales and Wellness Representative. As a key member of our studio, you will play a vital role in promoting the benefits of fitness and helping individuals achieve their health and wellness goals.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for greeting customers, providing exceptional customer service, and promoting the Orangetheory brand. This includes delivering engaging tours of our state-of-the-art facilities, showcasing our unique workout experience, and highlighting the numerous benefits of our science-backed approach to fitness.

In addition to these responsibilities, you will also be expected to develop strong relationships with our members, understanding their needs and preferences, and offering personalized support and guidance to help them achieve their fitness goals.

Requirements:

You will also be required to maintain a high level of energy and enthusiasm, even during peak periods of activity.

Previous experience in sales or customer service is desirable, but not essential. What's most important is your genuine enthusiasm for the Orangetheory brand and your commitment to empowering others to live healthier, more vibrant lives.
