About the Job: We are seeking a highly skilled Dishroom Attendant to join our team at Ninety Nine Restaurant & Pub. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for ensuring that our dishes and utensils are cleaned and sanitized to the highest standards.
Responsibilities:
- Operate the dish machine to ensure optimal cleaning results
- Supervise proper rinse and wash temperatures to prevent damage to equipment and maintain cleanliness
- Change water, store and use dish chemicals properly to maintain a safe working environment
- Set up and organize the dish racks to optimize efficiency
- Remove trash and keep the dishroom area clean and organized
About You: To be successful in this role, you must have excellent communication skills and be able to work well under pressure. You should also be physically fit and able to lift heavy objects. Our ideal candidate will have previous experience working in a fast-paced kitchen environment and be comfortable with following sanitation guidelines.
